2 Eggs - you can substitute part egg beaters if wanted
4cBetter for Bread Flour
4tsLow-fat margarine
5tbSugarTwin - or to taste
2 1/2tbRapid rise yeast
1/8tsPowdered lechithin
  FOR SMALLER 1 LB.
1/2cLukewarm water
1 Egg
1cBetter for Bread Flour
1tsSalt
3tbSugarTwin or to taste
2tbMargarine
1tsYeast --------------
  For crustier bread add just a tad of sugar.

SOURCE: Posted on NVN by Nancy Schiff. Use bread cycle...This bread rises VERY high, so watch. Use light crust setting. Nanc has used more eggs and adjusted the water down on occasion and also sometimes add 1 tb. sugar for crust. She has also just used the knead and first rise cycle, and made rolls out of them baked off in the oven with an egg white wash aand sesame seeds.
